I normally don't leave reviews,however this food was great, and I found that I needed to leave a review. Everything was extremely good. If you get a chance, do yourself a favor and stop in and try this food. It was great!!!!
This right here is my to go to spot when I'm craving a fresh piece of whiting and mom ain't fry any lol. I've been eating with these guys since the food truck. Food is delicious service is great and I will continue to dine with It Ain't Just Fish. Food is always fresh and fulfill my craving.
We found this gem in a very nice shopping plaza! First we were introduced to amazing artwork down a long hallway. Once we were at the register the menu's were largely on display making it easy to make a selection. The facility was extremely clean and the service was amazing! The whole family ordered seafood and Mac and cheese! The food was very flavorful, you can tell it was made with love! If you're in the Belmar area please visit this place, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you!
First, let me start off by saying I normally don't do reviews, but I felt as though I owe that to this company because it deserves to be complimented on the food that they serve. I came in yesterday and was skeptical because in the past, I gave them 3 chances and the food never impressed me, I would say bad day and try agin and again to be further disappointed but that was in the beginning. When they first opened up about 2 years ago, I wanted some fish yesterday. I said, "Let me give this Black owned business a second chance." I'm writing a review today. Giving them 4 stars, not because the food wasn't good. We always have room for improvement. Josette is a very nice lady. She listens and paid attention to exactly how I wanted my food cooked, and it couldn't have come out better. I know at times I can be a little critical because I cater myself and I know what type of service I give to the people trust me enough to cook for them? I decided that if I could criticize, I could compliment. With that being said and me not having anything bad to say about this establishment, if you can get there, go, you will not be disappointed
Do NOT sleep on this restaurant you would do yourself a great injustice. We have had the fried lobster, fried shrimp & whiting platter which came with fries. Everything was delicious I high recommend you trying it. 120 3rd #41B Avenue, Neptune, NJ Thank me later.

Excellent fish sandwiches- and outstanding cole slaw!! Ok, there's not a ton of other stuff on the menu, but please see my first sentence... Very nice people run the place, and while you wait for your stuff, don't miss the incredible artwork on the hallway walls! Yum!
Stopped by to visit this family owned restaurant yesterday & the food was amazing! My friend and I got the seafood boil that was seasoned to perfection & we just could not forget how good the potatoes were! We sat in the back and listened to good music while enjoying our lunch. 10/10 service & highly recommend bringing the friends and family!
